Leila is an Argentinian born freelance music photographer who has spent the last 10 years mastering her vibrant portraiture amongst the Australian music community. 

 

She has photographed an extensive list of international music artists including The Cure, The Strokes, Noel Gallagher and Kendrick Lamar.

 

Her music photography has been exhibited in both Sydney (Moshcam Photography Awards, 2017) and Melbourne (Music is aLIVE, 2020) and she received a nationally recognised award in 2017 with her image of Harts during his 2016 national tour.

 

Leila utilises the power of storytelling to drive her creative process and evoke emotion in her work. Her passion for music and her dedication to the energy of the frame has seen her produce press images, portraits and live music shots for Australian artists including Harts, Bakers Eddie and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets.

 

Leila is a passionate advocate for women in music and continues to contribute to the music community through her creative work. Her relentless drive to create within a frame is an ode to what music has gifted her.
